Impact:
The app makes it easy for users to think that stray animals can be treated or adopted quickly.

 

What I learned:

When designing this application, my first thought was just the beginning of the whole project. I also continue to strengthen the exploration of usability research, peer feedback has greatly helped each iteration of the program.

Next steps
A new round of usability research is still needed to verify whether the pain points experienced by users have been more effectively addressed.

Conduct more availability research to identify more new requirements.

It should make the user feel more enjoyable while easily completing the function.
